Wide Clean Room Pass Thru With Electrically Interlocked Doors

5 foot wide pass thru with manually opened counterweighted doors

Green lights on both sides of the wall indicate both doors are closed

Reddish light indicates one of the doors is open

Tables & counterweighted doors are separate assemblies so they can be put on to the pass thru box on each side of the wall

These clean room pass thru's can be made in any custom width or depth. In feed and out feed tables can be made to best fit your product & clean room.

In feed side has a cut out so the operator can set the 5 ft item down more easily

Electrical box has PLC that controls the lights & coordinates the door locks

Out feed side has room for several items to build up

Guides on both sides make sure nothing falls off

Table top & guides are anodized aluminum

Switch unlocks door & gives you 8 seconds to open it. Once one side is unlocked other door cannot be unlocked
